Holy CRAP! I had hair back in '81...

Fickle woman that she is,
fills my head with ideas,
scenes,images of scenes and images
that might be,
all in the context of keeping
me from doing the work
that puts food on the table…

I must be having way too much fun. I finally figured how to mate a ‘Windows-only’ Brother MFC to my Fed14 desktop/server in the shop. I am not sure if it will even print, but the scanner is going overtime digitizing a lot of questionable images from about 30 years ago.

But it started as a simple exercise. Get the scanner running, scan in the about 80 pages of handwritten M-S I did these past few months waiting for mechanics, doctors and the like, OCR them and then edit into the manuscript.

HA!!

Mlle Muse got ahold of me. She and Dennis and co. with all those Army ’80 pics, and now I have been ‘wasting’ way too much time scanning in pics and running manips in Phsp. Sure there were some gems, but mostly my wife is having to put up with lots of snickering from beyond my shop door.

Ach well, tomorrow is Monday and my love is off to New Mexico for a week so it will be back to CSS and PHP for me…

Funny thing… I seem to have misplaced the 80 pages of handwritten manuscript!
